Over time, Maui has also become home to a remarkable community of holistic practitioners—individuals devoted to helping others restore balance, wellbeing, and hope. These healers offer a wide range of modalities including sound healing, energy work, bodywork, intuitive guidance, spiritual counseling, and integrative wellness practices.

Yet, many of these practitioners work in isolation and struggle to sustain their work in one of the most expensive places to live in the United States.

We believe there is an opportunity to create something extraordinary.

The Maui Healing Collective will be a collaborative healing center where multiple holistic modalities operate side by side, creating a supportive environment for both practitioners and those seeking healing.
By bringing these practitioners together under one roof, we can amplify the positive impact of their work while creating a sustainable home for the healing arts on Maui.

Our world is experiencing a time of profound stress and transition. Communities everywhere are facing rising levels of anxiety, illness, and disconnection.

More people are seeking holistic approaches that address the whole person; mind, body, and spirit, in order to restore balance in their bodies and ultimately in their lives.

However, the cost of living on Maui is approximately 162% higher than the U.S. national average, making it increasingly difficult for many healers to maintain a stable practice.

A collaborative wellness center would allow practitioners to share space and resources while expanding access to healing services for both residents and visitors.

This center would:

Funding Goal
To bring the Maui Healing Collective to life, we are seeking $1.5 million in philanthropic support.
These funds will allow us to:
• Purchase the property at 145 N. Market Street in Wailuku
• Renovate and prepare the space to support multiple healing modalities
• Create peaceful treatment rooms and shared wellness areas
• Develop the outdoor integration garden
• Establish the center with the equipment, furnishings, and resources needed for practitioners to begin serving the community
• Provide initial operational stability as the center becomes self-sustaining

Our goal is for the Maui Healing Collective to become a self-sustaining wellness center supported through practitioner participation and healing services offered to the community.

Her work focuses on helping individuals reconnect with the wisdom of their bodies and energy systems, empowering people to identify imbalances and support their own healing journey.

Founder, Mind and Body Harmonics
Kihei, Maui
Sandy Schneider is the founder of Mind and Body Harmonics, Maui’s first Harmonic Egg wellness center. She is a certified leadership coach and wellness entrepreneur dedicated to supporting transformation through innovative healing modalities.
Together, they are committed to creating a collaborative healing environment that supports Maui’s practitioners while serving the broader community.
