My Story
Aloha! I spent 25 years in Healthcare, starting at a very early age. I was a Nurse and worked in many different facets; acute care hospitals, skilled nursing facilities (charge nurse, Assistant Director of Nurses, Director of Staff Development) and the last 10 years of my career were in Home Health and hospice. With the growing demands of Nurses working on a floor in the hospital the Nurse to patient ratio was getting very difficult, leaving not enough time to spend individually with patients. They so need one-on-one time (have you ever witnessed a hospice patient rally once home care is brought in and they get lots of attention??). The transition to home care was just amazing for me as it gave me the opportunity to spend quality one-on-one time with my patients and that made my heart sing!
I had a spontaneous Kundalini awakening in 2012 and have felt like I was on a roller coaster, upward journey, ever since! I started diving into energy modalities to take the foundation of my medical background and incorporate healing at a new, more profound level, incorporating mind, body & spirit! That learning, or RE-membering in this current physical existence, has not stopped and now I incorporate ALL that I embody to assist YOU to assist yourself in your own healing. In a nutshell: I'm a modern medicine woman that is a catalyst for YOU to heal yourself :)

If I was to label myself for informational purposes, I am a Galactic Shaman, a body elemental Shaman, a High Priestess of the Light in many different lifetimes/timelines. I am a blue ray healer, master blueprinter, DNA activator. & a quantum energy healer. I am an Usui Reiki Master and practice Sekem (which is Egyptian Reiki) and Light of Lemuria Reiki. I also practice White Herkimer Diamond Ray healing. Overall I would say I'm a modern Medicine Woman! I incorporate working with the elementals to infuse the essence of a particular crystal, plant or herb, along with other high vibrational quantum energies, to assist you with whatever issues you are wanting/needing to address. I also bring in sonics, water & chromotherapy for a full holistic healing on many different (and dimensional) levels. I work extensively with the chakra systems (energetic centers) of the body, to assist you to align with homeostasis.

High Priestess of the Light - As a High Priestess of the Light, I am a spiritual leader and healer who embodies and channels high-frequency energies often associated with "light"—a universal term symbolizing spiritual awareness, purity, and divine connection. In various spiritual traditions, a High Priestess of the Light serves as a guide, healer, and protector, helping others connect to their own inner divinity, access wisdom, and experience healing through light energy.

Metatronic Healer - As a Metatronic Healer, I employ a spiritual energy method that focuses on the healing and transformative energies associated with Archangel Metatron. In spiritual teachings, Archangel Metatron is often linked to the Tree of Life, sacred geometry, and high-frequency energies. Metatronic Healing practitioners use these energies to help people release emotional blocks, heal old traumas, and connect to higher consciousness.

Galactic Shaman - As a Galactic Shaman, I blend traditional shamanic practices with insights, energies, and concepts often described as “galactic” or “cosmic.” I work not only with Earth-based energies such as nature, animal spirits, and ancestral wisdom, but I also connect to higher-dimensional realms including star systems, interstellar energies, and cosmic entities to assist in the healing and growth of the physical, mental and emotional bodies. Through Cosmic Healing, I can assist clients to INNERstand the many layers of healing, to allow all of their bodies to come back into homeostasis.

Body Elemental Shaman - As a Body Elemental Shaman, I work with the “body elemental,” often described as the consciousness or spiritual intelligence within each person's body. Your body elemental is your unique, intelligent life force responsible for managing and maintaining your body’s health and natural balance. In connecting with your inner consciousness, I assist your body in healing from within. Restorative meditation, a reintroduction to the body’s connection with Earth, air, water, and fire elements, as well as self-healing empowerment helps release blockages and restore the body’s energy flow, allowing the body elemental to heal physical or emotional wounds.
